I recommend Potton View most highly. My mother, aged 96, is a current resident and enjoys kind, sensitive and professional care. The management is excellent and all the carers thoughtful and attentive. If you are looking for a home for an elderly friend or relative you could not do better.

this is an amazing home with amazing staff. I regularly go to the home and have seen it grow and grow thanks to the staff and the manager.

This home has been closed down by court order on the 10th August I would give it zero stars but the review wont let me.

Potton View Care Home is wonderful! My father has lived there for the last couple of years and the staff there have looked after him so well. They know and love dad. They work so hard to enable him to continue to do the things he loves. Dad loves gardening and Potton View have encouraged him to design, organise and maintain the gardens there . They have helped him with raised tables so he can pot up plants from his wheelchair. Dad belongs to the lions club and attends the local church and Potton View staff have helped him to get to these meetings. They have even arranged to take him to a steam railway to see the Flying Scotsman! Dad lives a really full life there and is so well loved and cared for. As his health has deteriorated the staff have kept a close eye on him and have called in doctors and paramedics as and when necessary. I have never had a moments concern for dads welfare since he moved to Potton View. Giving up his independence was always going to be the hardest part of going into a home for dad. The staff at Potton View allow dad to keep as much of his independence as he can. I am so grateful to them for the happy life they give dad and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
