        I have to say in recent years the garage got a lot worse than it was before, very unprofessional.The MOT takes a whole day from 07:00 til 18:00.Then he calls you and say he failed the car because the handbrake clicked 9 times not 7. When I asked him why he hasn't adjusted it, the answer is it's not his job. Then asked him if he would fit 2 lower ball joints, I purchased original parts from the dealership. He says no, he only fits parts supplied by Bennett. I wouldn't question the quality of their product but I prefer original parts. I asked him to replace my tyres, the workshop is empty but he's busy all in October.....I think in the 70s 80s you could treat people like this , but this day and age it's extremely unprofessional
