Future customers beware, do not submit final payment until the work is 100% complete. Unfortunately, despite previously being satisfied with their work, I can no longer recommend Roof Right MCR. We had them do some work installing new guttering on our first floor; this required scaffolding and the removal of a piece of conservatory guttering that we were assured would be put back after the scaffolding was removed. The work on the first floor was completed on 27th October, and we sent final payment that day (the scaffolding couldn't be removed until a week later; we were told the white gutter would go back up at that time). Since then, I have sent multiple messages requesting the conservatory gutter be put back in place per our agreement. Roof Right MCR has said no less than three times that they would come out and fix it. We are almost to Christmas, and the piece of gutter is still lying on the ground. I'm very disappointed with this company as it seems they've decided it isn't worth finishing the job now that they've received payment. Service: Gutter installation
