Came to give us a quote, but no communication since then. Not responding to emails. Very disappointing, waste of time. Edit: since I can't respond here: I like to keep my online presence to minimum, so this isn't my real name. I've already accepted another quote.

The Heights Tree Care dealt with an ailing tree in our garden that needed to come down urgently and at very short notice. They returned calls, turned up when they said they would and were polite and extremely tidy throughout. The tree needed to come down in windy conditions, it was close to our house and with a difficult access, but it was all dealt with efficiently and carefully. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them. Thank you Heights Tree Care, we will only use you from now on.

We have utilised Laurence's services on several occasions, and each time they have been a delight to engage with. A great service that is reliable, and they get the job done! We'll be using them again! They have all the gear, and plenty of ideas!
