        I've had an issue with my right shoulder for a while. I found Bia on the Internet and made an appointment, since then I have not looked back. Charlie has worked wonders and is continuing to support my return to full fitness. Each time I visit, its a friendly and warming atmosphere and I can honestly say I look forward to each visit. Thanks for an amazing experience each time.

        Charlie has really helped with a sports injury I had. Shes very thorough and gives great insight which is really helpful. Would definitely recommend and Im sure I will be back in the future too

        I highly recommend Charlie and BIA sports therapy. I have a myriad of physical problems due to weight and arthritis and Charlie helps me every time I visit. She is an expert on pinpointing issues I either know about or quite often ones i don't!! The thing that really impresses me is the after care. I always go away with some "homework" and these are things I come back to time and again when I perhaps can't book in for a treatment straight away or existing issues arise again.
