euroloo - Portable toilet hire

Avoid. Terrible service. Missed toilet servicing. Watch for a hidden off hire charge. Then don't forget to chase to make sure the off hire has actually happened and they have not decided to continue hiring. A customer service shambles...

Awful company. Arranged drop off and collection for a 5 day period, told minimum was a week. Toilet still on site 6 weeks later and they have charge another 160.00 off the card without authorisation to do so, due to there incompetence of been able to collect a toilet as agreed when ordered over the phone. Avoid!!

Worst company I've ever used, they don't wash out there toilets we had one for 4 weeks and it got serviced twice, customer services were rude and useless, very very disappointed and a waste of money as no one could use the toilet.

Very difficult to arrange pickup. 4 calls over 6 days and 3 emails and still not got anywhere. Finally got a call yesterday and was told by the lady that she would check the logged calls and get back to me. Still waiting for that call. No further call yesterday or today. No weekly clean either though this is the second week. Would try another source next time. Shouldnt really be this hard.

Have use euroloo for my project near Cambridge in four months they did 4 services. Toilet was health hazard and could not be use for many weeks between services. Staff lie about service coming with in days but same story every time I called. They should be shut down. You can't treat people like they do.
