We have been using Chelmer Heating over the last 12 years to design and supply all our renewable heating and hot water system. Their own designed thermo-stores can be used with multiple heat sources with very impressive low running costs and great performance. As installers we find their systems easy to install with clear instructions and knowledgeable staff on the phone of technical help if needed, which is great for training staff and on site advise.

Once again Chelmer Heating have provided absolutely excellent phone support - despite my heating system being over 12 years old - whenever I experience a problem with the system and contact them they are always extremely helpful. I have had 2 separate problems in the last week, on both occasions they have given me sound suggestions and advice, resulting in a serviceable system again! Service: Heating system repair

From the beginning, when we requested a quote for our new-build heating system, Chelmer Heating were thorough and efficient. They quickly established a relationship with us, what our requirements were and designed an appropriate green/eco-friendly system. The price was agreed and so were the delivery dates - which were kept to exactly. The delivery (to Scotland) was well packaged (in many boxes) and complete (we had an ASHP, solar thermal panel, stove back-boiler integration, thermal store and underfloor heating) - everything was there. Throughout the installation process both Brent and Alex were always on hand via email or telephone for advice . Nothing was too much - they always replied promptly or took phone calls, were willing to discuss matters, and the advice they gave always was of exceptional value. It is several months now after the initial installation and commissioning and they are still happy to give advice about the settings on the system now that we have had it running for a while and can see where things need tweaking. Overall we have been very impressed by Chelmer Heating, by both Brent and Alex and by other staff we have occasionally spoken to. The system is great - we have a warm house and hot water. I recently acquired a modern house built in 2007 with Chelmer UFH on all three floors. New to the system, I had a few set up queries and approached the Chelmer technical service department. Not only did they have all the original drawings to hand but were able to give me comprehensive advice on how to check on the efficient operation of all the 12 zones, This was remarkable after sales service,

We did a self build in 2011 and used Chelmer Heating to design and supply the heating system. I can really recommend these guys their service was excellent and their products are ahead of the times. Our bills are low and we are getting a lot of space heating from solar thermal, reducing our carbon footprint whilst living in a comfortable climate controlled house. And even now after 8 years when I phoned them for help I got thorough technical assistance, friendly and supportive. Great company.
