This garage is absolutely shocking service picked up the car and have had nothing but problems with the it scratches all over the car that was not mentioned in the description but the owner said were not allowed to put that in the description lies have had the car 3 weeks which 2 of them weeks the car was in Volkswagen been fixed for a gear box fault and have now had a list of problems from a check from Volkswagen spoke to the company about it and they wasnt very helpful and didnt sound bothered about it either stay well clear of this garage there absolutely horrendous now have trading standards involved aswell as Vosa STAY AWAY FROM ADAM AUTOMOTIVE!!!

Make sure the price is correct before taking time off work! I booked a day off work to go and see a toyota hilux on a 72 plate, the vehicle went up 4000 from viewing advert to travelling down! Waste of time and a days money.... will stick to a proper dealer next time!

Please avoid at all cost! I got a car bought and delivered from them and paid upfront. I was given several documents to sign with the promise that they be scanned to me afterwards. They were never scanned to me. When I didn't like the vehicle after driving it once, the said they will only take it back at 1600 less the price. They claimed it was the cost for change of ownership. However, they would only change the ownership on line about 7days later. This is not to even factor the rudeness and coldness on the phone when interacting with them. Never have I met such heartless car dealers. Never again.

Called Adam Automotives today regarding a ford c max, had a car to part ex. I dealt with Heather who was professional but also very down to earth. Took my 4 month old son with me and they were nothing but helpful, looked after him for while I swapped my bits over. Was in and out within the hour with my new car. Thank you very much!
