Vicky put me at ease right away, and I noticed an immediate improvement following my first session, helping me to overcome and control my anxiety. Since then, Vicky has helped me cope with longer-term problems I've faced. I've managed to use the techniques Vicky taught me to manage my mind since and I've felt a massive improvement in how I feel
