Rob and the team were brilliant from enquiring, right up to fitting. Rob showed his professionalism in advising us of lintel requirements and was very patient with us and even liaised with the builders to ensure the job was done correctly. We are extremely pleased with the bi fold doors and cannot fault the customer service from Jemma also. Would 100% recommend Green Frame.

I called Green frame Windows in the week commencing the 3rd of October because we have one broken window catch and on double glazed window that needs to be replaced because the seal has blown and there is condensation between the panes. They arranged for somebody to come out to visit me on the 6th of October at 2.30 but nobody arrived. I called to check that they had the correct address but had to leave a message on the answerphone. Nobody responded to my call. I have since left a further two messages but again no response. I can only assume that the job is too small and they cannot be bothered but a telephone call with an update would have been appreciated.
