Mark McCann-Wood Massage & Movement

Both myself and my husband have been coming monthly for nearly a year now. I work from home and run short distances and my husband has a manual job and cycles a lot. Both were getting niggles and aches and pains and Mark was recommended to us- the first handful of sessions were painful but with each subsequent session we have never felt so good! This is the best investment you can give to yourself now and for your future self - I can't rate Mark highly enough and we shall keep on with our massages.

Mark has made such a difference to my life! The pain I had in my shoulder and upper back was making me feel really ill. Mark took his time working out what the problem was and listening to my needs. His knowledge is amazing! I can now move without pain. He works little miracles through his skill and knowledge.

Never had a massage before so i was nervous as to how it was going to go, but hes such a kind and welcoming guy, did wonders on my shoulders and back today, made me feel really at ease and comfortable.
