Fantastic to have this facility on our doorstep. Although its not an A&E it is open throughout the day for minor emergencies. Great service, friendly staff and very clean. Thank you NHS, how lucky we are.

Attended urgent care centre. Reception staff not particularly warm and welcoming, provided poor advice about what was happening. Delays meant I had to return a different day for an x Ray as it closed at 5pm. Advice given about what to do in between time was poor and only provided because I asked. Return visit was effective but again let down by receptionist attitude and being provided with the incorrect process for booking in on arrival. I worked for 10 years in the NHS and absolutely support the principle of it. But the pace of the unit is slow, nobody seems particularly customer focussed.

Visited this morning with my great granddaughter. The receptionists and medical staff were lovely and reassuring. The hospital was spotless and no waiting. Very impressed and thank you.

Visit yesturday to the surgical day unit . Staff very helpful , lovely hospital and coffee shop excellent value .
