I have decided to do my review broken down into a few parts so that you are able to really grasp what your experience with these guys will be like. Location: I live in Lincoln and the location was in Gainsborough. Through research you will find that most clinics are in bigger cities like London so this was super helpful for me and local. Parking: Limited however if you drive 2 seconds up the road there is a big car park and its not an issue at all. Amenities: There is a coffee shop/caf in the same building, so you wont struggle for a hot drink or food. (You will need to eat and drink plenty so dont have your treatment on an empty stomach) Environment: Nice rustic building, super clean and spacious. Carl keeps the place super hygienic and fresh. I found Carl to be really welcoming and relaxed. It is a relatively small room but for the purpose of the task its perfect. Clean branding and comfortable seats and equipment. Experience: A good handshake on arrival with friendly introductions and super laid back and flexible approach. Immediately I felt at ease. I was nervous about the SMP but I was educated and reassured straight away. Carl was effective with this process, over week/2 week intervals, day 1 consultation, day 2 first session (few hours), day 3 intense session, day 4 top up and asked to come back a 5th time just so he could be sure the results were perfect. The sessions you need are completely dependant on your head and how well the ink holds however Carl is clear that you wont be finished until everyone is happy. I found that to be an incredible way of service. That, in itself, makes this a 10/10 service. Carl is super knowledgeable, and his training and experience shows. I have seen work from others who just dont match the quality you will get here. Carl genuinely cares, he is a mans man and for me as a gay guy that can be intimidating. This was not my experience and there was no judgment at all. We talked about so many subjects whilst undergoing SMP, we got to know each other, we talked about family, life, politics, holidays, barbering, SMP, treatments, it was great and helped the time go fast. The great thing for you non-talkers is that if you just dont feel like it (the odd day I was a bit less talkative) Carl just cracks on with the work and youre not in that situation where you have to force conversation. I felt great after the SMP finished, I felt and feel amazing however, you could see that Carl was genuinely so chuffed about it too, he genuinely loves the results and really gets a feel good from seeing his customers transform a new way of look and confidence. He buys into your experience as much as you do so you feel its a journey together rather than on your own. Conclusion: I have no hesitation in recommending Carl and Hair Loss Innovations, Incredible and out of all the professionals I am seeing at the moment for treatments, teeth, skin, weight etc, This SMP hair experience has been the most enjoyable. If you are wondering if it is for you, go for it, you wont regret it.
