Recently got a Motability car, and cant believe how easy it was, Ben (Motability specialist) was excellent, explained everything in great detail, couldnt be happier would 100% recommend anyone going for a Motability car to go through ford and would definitely recommend the Gainsborough branch as there Motability specialist is excellent and very helpful.

As always, Paul and the team at Gainsborough were so helpful. I took my car in on spec because I had a safety issue with my car and I cannot thank Paul enough for going the extra mile to help me and get my issue resolved. Also of course, the mechanics who had an extra car during their day to sort out. This isnt our closest Ford garage but we choose to use this one because the service is exemplary, and the staff are amazing. Once again, thank you Paul.

bought a fiesta st from Gainsborough Ford online. My px was worth slightly more so we agreed the remaining balance was paid back to me. Car arrived on time by a excited driver telling me how fast my car goes in every gear. After he went I started to look around the fiesta and realised it hadnt been properly valeted, it still had kids stickers on it and a empty packet of crisps shoved in the door pocket. Next I realised that there was a tyre warning on the dashboard, I checked the tyres and one was completely flat! The next issue was the passenger seat was completely jammed and will not release at all to gain acess to the back seats. Oh also a 12k car and only given one key. Spoke with the salesman Anthony and he told me to ring Preston Ford to book the car in for the work to be done, which I did. (thanks ant) It's been two and a half days since I received my car and I still haven't been paid the remaining balance which I think is disgusting considering the mess this car turned up in. What should have been a exciting day receiving my car, has been completely ruined! Thanks Gainsborough Ford.
