A quality issue had arisen and I was initially concerned but it was professionally handled, no fuss no drama, ending with both parties happy and able to move on.
I have been in the gift industry for 30 years- companies like Green Jem are very rare. 'Jem' being very apt.
They have a cracking range of products at competitive prices and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them.
