We have used Hatfield and Co for our payroll services since we employed our first member of staff at the start of 2012. They have always provided us with a prompt and knowledgeable service and dealt with our business with the utmost professionalism. I'd happily recommend them to other businesses.

Called them with an accountancy query, the switchboard lady explained that everyone was busy but promised someone would call me before the end of the working day, no one did. I called the following day, same again, no return call. I then e-mailed my query, yes you guessed, no response whatsoever. Hardly a professional or recommendable approach to a potential client. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere. Shoddy and not worth the solitary star I was forced to give them in order to post the review.
