        School child left an item on the bus. The bus was obviously not checked for any items left after the school run, item never returned. If the driver bothered to have a quick look after having school kids on before public, the item would have been found and hopefully returned

        Waited for over an hour for the 97 and 98 neither turned up, you need to tell people when it's been taken off. I had to get a taxi at a bigger expense

        Disgraceful company as a Stagecoach bus hit and badly damaged our car, admitted roadside responsibly then the driver changed his story and miraculously the bus CCTV was lost. PSV Claims Bureau who represent them seem as useless as happy to just close the case and let an innocent party pay for a 2k repair to they own car - shameful behaviour!
