They also go by the name GL contractors. Very unreliable if you're not happy with the work they would make sure not answer the phone to you anymore and will not come back to put it right they've done some brickwork for me put lintels above Windows and it looks like an amateur job still waiting for them to come and put it right there's not answering the phone going to have to get another bricklayer to redo the job. Definitely do not use this company very very bad after self service

Do NOT use SUTTON BUILDING SITE SERVICES LTD. owned by Gareth Swale and Colin Lee Walker! I hired them to render my full property back in August and they promised me the project will take 3-4 weeks to finish (it's October and still not finished). They probably worked 4 times a full day with random visits here and there for a few hours each. They kept asking for more and more money, supposedly for materials, and instead they were not coming even if they were telling me "we'll be there in 1 hour". Eventually they stopped replying to calls and basically abandoned ship. They "finished" two out of the four sides of my property and they disappeared after they tried to take even more money from me. The work they did was way BELOW average. They didn't do things properly and hence even if they hadn't disappeared and finished everything, they wouldn't be able to provide me the manufacturer's warrantee from Ecorend which was part of the agreement to begin with. This is because of the VERY low quality. Also, they trashed my patio and garden! Cement and rendering material stuck on my windows, patio full of debris and dust, slate beds destroyed. Not to mention, they removed my guttering without asking and I had to pay for a completely new one to be fitted. Finally, used the newly rendered wall to piss on! I found out through my solicitor that they are probably opening and closing down "companies" so basically... amateur con men trying to take money from hard working people. They have taken even a video of my house on the 9th of August and posted it on Facebook, websites etc when they started the work, in order to use it as promotional material! What a joke!
