We used Benson Designs to make full planning application for two four bed houses on a less than ideal plot shape. Innolvatove designs created and planning aplication made on time. Excellent service, competitive price and we clearly benefited from the firms strong knowledge and experience.

We engaged Benson Design to produce plans for a new build property for us. He did an initial floor plan and we discussed some changes, After a misunderstanding , now sorted all the amendments completed and plans submitted. Very happy with the work and plans. Found Peter easy to work with and understanding our requirements and would recommend his service

Had more interaction with his voicemail than himself.1st approached seem to say all the right things was discussed what we wanted seem to understand the brief 17 weeks and waiting we decided to call it a day with him the lack of communication i find very unprofessional and almost offensive ,we rang him daily and email to no avail every deadline that was promised was never met even when i messaged to say we was going elsewhere still no response.
