Really fantastic company, recommended by a couple of friends and I'm now recommending them to others. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Happy to plan and work to my house's specific requirements. The AC unit they've installed is incredibly efficient and extremely quiet. Most other companies I'd looked at previously wanted to charge 3 times the price. These guys are lovely, professional, and do a great job. Service: Install AC

I contacted Josa-AC as a friend had recently had AC installed at their house and had highly commended Josa-AC for their installation. I reached out, and they kindly matched the price of my friend's installation, communicated well about the machine itself, the installation and payment. I provided some photographs by email to check everything was OK beforehand too. A date was booked, and the installation went ahead on the day as expected. It genuinely was one of the most straightforward transactions I have had. On the day, the team of two turned up on time. They were friendly, informative and respectful. We chatted about many things whilst they worked, and they asked questions about how I wanted the installation. They did an excellent, neat, installation and I am delighted with it. They also took the time to walk me through the instructions and servicing requirements until I was happy with it. I am pretty tech-savvy, so it wasn't difficult. Still, in many similar situations, contractors will rush to tell you instructions so they can get to their next job. To me, this showed they cared. Overall, I cannot recommend Josa-AC highly enough. They were delightful to deal with, and the installation quality was excellent. Service: Install AC

I can highly recommend Lee and his team of fitters for an excellent install in my home. The install comprised of a multi split system covering the livingroom and master bedroom/dressing room and a single system covering the kitchen/diner. They were very thorough showing me how the system worked and asking my opinion of the install to make sure I was happy with everything. I will select Josa-AC for any further works and for the maintenance of this system. Service: Install AC
