A wonderful medieval church with what are said to be the oldest pews in the country. Great cornices and external decoration, and an engraved medieval alabaster tombstone within. Also a statue to Colonel Cheney, who had two horses shot from under him at Waterloo. The rafters are believed to be 'recycled' ships timbers.
