Dave, Kris and team did an excellent job start to finish for our total house renovation including opening out the kitchen/dining space, new downstairs toilet, knocking out bedroom walls, new wiring and lighting through the house. From the start, Dave was prompt, clear and responsive to all our questions. They said they would get the job in approx 2 weeks which they did. Would highly recommend them to anyone considering them. We are planning to have them back to sort out our garage next.

Fantastic job, Garage flat roof fitted with an overhang all the way round allowing for downlighters to be fitted. Soffits and fascias done. The team and kristian did an outstanding job. Left the job clean and tidy Would highly recommend. Thank you to all of you

Great local builder. Used Carver Property Services for our rear single storey extension. The communication was great throughout, we were kept informed of what was happening all the way through, the quality of work was great and the job was completed quickly too. From start to finish I could not have asked for a better double garage conversion being undertaken by Carver Property Services. Kristian and his team were reliable, honest and delivered exactly the budget that was originally agreed. I would recommend them to anyone and certainly will use them again in the future.

Kris removed a load bearing wall. He knew exactly what he was doing. Came in early, completed the job by midday. Very skilled and knowledgeable. Did not waste time or material. Highly recommend!
