I cannot express my thanks to the staff especially the reception team, who went above and beyond today to help me and my dad, There are not enough words to say THANK YOU. Very much appreciated. If it wasn't for the lady who answered the call this morning not sure where I would be now. Couldn't ask for a better team

If I colud rate it 0, I would. Really bad booking system, very unprofessional and rude. I am not with this GP but my family does. Bad experience when trying to book an appoiment to see a doctor, they always say that they are busy when they're not. I passed by there to see if it's true but it is all a lie. There are not many people, just a few and normally empty. It is sad because I have a cousin that has problems with her health and they can't treat her because it is always "busy". One day, she was really bad that I had to call the ambulance so she can se a doctor at St George's Hospital. My cousin has her children in that GP and one time I went with her to translate. However, that doctor (a lady) was mean and angry. She told to my cousin that her children are fine that is all in her head. I can't believed such as someone like her (a doctor) say that to my cousin. They were really sick and she said that is all in her head, such as an inmature answer from a professional like her. This GP needs to hire true doctors and people who has experience as a receptionist. I won't recommend anyone this GP, full of unprofessionals.

Cant fault this practice, particularly for children. Never have a problem getting an appointment, and every doctor weve seen has been really lovely. Reception team always polite and keen to help. Moved to this surgery because of a house move, and have been really happy with the change.

Very good gp Dr Marshall took the time to listen to my father's mental health issues and seemed like he really cared very approachable all receptionist I've spoken to have been really friendly would definitely recommend this surgery
