30/01/23 Adding this based on the reply received: I'm reviewing on behalf of a good friend and customer who sold their property with you hence I'm not in your system. No I don't particularly want to write you an email. I've made the effort to let you know your customer service is bad so why should I also do the work to start the conversation? Evidence of good customer service would be you proactively reaching out to find out how you could do better e.g. Send through a feedback survey that gives me the opportunity to give you details, ask if it would be alright if you got in touch to understand what went wrong...
