Can I start of with the positives first. The front of the shop and decorum is amazing. I loved the Mangal grill and the pristine cleanliness and organisation in thr kitchen. The salad was amazingly fresh which is rare to find these days. The customer service from the lady serving me was good she was friendly, however, the gentleman was quite abrupt and was drinking bottle of beer which doesn't sit well when it comes to professionalism.The doner was ok and the chips were exceptionally salty- for your purpose I have just added a pic. I did make a request for the doner to be slightly crispy (upon recommendation from another customer) the abrupt gentleman behind the till refused my request, and this may I add was requested before the doner was being made. Also the halal certificate expired March 2021. The person who is running the responses clearly can't take any form of criticism. To request a doner to be crispy is not ridiculous at all quite the contrary actually- it's a bit ridiculous to have the whole 10kg doner on the grill that's just dumb. Anyway Gents in Town the barbers across recommended to you and they did ask me to make the request for the Doner to be crispy.

Guys - why do you keep closing well before your closing time? This is the third time now. I even called tonight to check. Advertised close, 2230, telephone advised 2200, closed at 2120 5 stars if you can fix your times.

Great guy, always a nice chat with the owner and the food never disappoint me, also very aware for the environment. Nice place!
