Do not use them for Max Mara coats. After cleaning my girlfriends camel coat called Manuela Iconic, the silky & wavey effect on the camel surface is completely gone and replaced by a dry & bushy finish. Coat lost its unique appeal. Really poor after sale service as well. They basically dont care if you complain or not. After calling them, I was asked to pay 290 myself to send it to a professional verification agency to determine damage. Its a joke. I was also told they could get rid of some wrinkles on the coat before sending it to them only to see that the wrinkles are still there and they refused to admit that they said they would take care of it, despite email proof.

Really top quality dry cleaning here. The pressing was particularly impressive. Ive used various dry cleaners for my designer clothing over the years but this is right up there. Thanks!

Sent my Hermes silk scarf in for cleaning after being recommended by the Hermes store. Spoke to them over the phone and offered there postal service as I am in Somerset. I must say they have managed to remove stains that my normal dry cleaners couldnt do. Absolutely fabulous.
