        Always excellent and very friendly. Good advice - had an Asian mens outfit and he recommended hand washing rather than dry cleaning the silk as the dry cleaning fluid would impact the glued on ornate stuff.

        Left my coat in to be cleaned on Saturday for collection on Monday afternoon. The coat has not been cleaned. It still has hair and white flecks everywhere, was sprayed with an aerosol. Live in the same street and disgusted that they had the audacity to charge for this.
