Imagine requesting a quote from a local building company following discussion and instruction from your insurance company home repair surveyor only for the tradesman to dispute the scope of work already agreed with the surveyor, question me further about who is paying for the work ( none of his business!), imply I am trying to 'rip off' my insurance company, demand the contact details of the insurance surveyor and repeatedly ignore and challenge the scope of work to be included in the quote, requested by me,the customer. Scope of work already discussed and agreed with my insurance surveyor! That was my experience with Marciusz today. Whether it was overall disdain for me personally or subconscious ethnic prejudice that influenced his conduct today, it was shocking and I could not wait to get him out of my house! Appalling.
