    Complete shambles the whole company. Left me in thousands of pounds worth of debt due to their incompetence. Ask your insurer if they sub contract work to these cowboys before taking out any policies. Gave them all the relevant paperwork all the phone calls to update but they couldn't be bothered to do their job properly. Being chased from america for money now, 8 months after the incident for the ambulances. Apparently they are scrutinizing the invoices yet Cega have never rang me to ask what ambulances and services they actually did for us. Like the bit about saving my wife's life then transferring her from one hospital to another. '''Your insurance company failed to process the claim as we have tried to contact them regarding this case many times Therefore and in accordance with the agreement signed by you, this amount has become your personal responsibility.
