        Card reader didn't work at all. Eventually got it working by using the app, after yet another long call to customer support. Worst charging network in the world.

        Not used a polar charge point before but I pulled up, used the app to start charging and it worked nicely. I couldn't tell which point was which on the app so minus 1 star
