Very unprofessional they left my uncle with lung disease, Heart disease, litres and litres of fluid, knowing he had paranoid Schizophrenia and would refuse healthcare to die! Which he unfortunately passes away this morning thanks madison you could of took him under the capacity act and helped him but know you do NOTHING your responsible for his death. Absolute terrible people leave unwell people to die!

These people are as welcome as Covid. Useless sub-standard service. Still not sure these people even do psychiatry as they mess about using clinicians who expect you to reveal your whole life history in the first interview which any good therapist will tell you, is problematic for many. These clowns ended up recommending people the patient had already dealt with in the past. And their answer to my having thoughts of killing people was to refuse me the psychiatrist I asked for and sent me on a stress and anxiety course for 1 hour a week for 6 weeks. That is appalling. No respect for the patients judgement or knowledge of the whole picture of the their own past, so make very basic errors, which when it involves psychiatry, is dangerous. Incompetent unqualified people who can't get someone with a whole life history of problems to a psychiatrist and no explanation why not ! Now the Ombudsman claims procedure has been followed >> If procedure has been followed, it's Mengele's ghost making the rules. Received no explanations to the specific points raised, just a one-liner about procedure being followed. It's a procedure you would probably do better to avoid if you have anything more serious than stress and anxiety !

Went for assessment, heard nothing for three weeks, chased it up through unknowing staff who seemed surprised that I should want action regarding my mental health, they said theyd pass a message on. Still nothing. Hopeless.
