Tania is a fantastic instructor and she has truly transformed my day-to-day life. I suffer from MS and prior to the classes I had poor flexibility and strength. This was impacting my life considerably as I have 2 young children. I was a little sceptic at the beginning and could not imagine being able to lift an 8kg weight above my head. However after 6 weeks of classes, am I more flexible and my strength has improved no end. Tania adapted the classes to accommodate my requirements as well as making me feel part of the group a great experience and one that I will continue with.

A great kettle bell class, I was made very welcome by Tania the instructor who is very friendly and informative, which helps me to apply and commit myself. I am finding this course amazing as I can see show the results already.

I actually look forward to my class with Tania. I feel stronger, have better posture and sleep like a baby after each class. Tania is an amazing inspiration instructor who gives me the confidence in my ability to use the bells in a safe way. The overall difference is quiet something, never has a class had such an overall positive impact on my strength, fitness and general well being.
