Bought a beautiful guitar here with the help of staff. Fairly priced and a huge selection of guitars and the staff couldnt be more helpful. Great place to go and find out what type of guitar you want, as you can sit and play several types, something you cant do online. Just a great experience.

This is a complete treasure trove of a music shop. I had excellent service from Andy when seeking advice about an electric guitar for my son. He was very honest and did not try and sell me the most expensive item nor did he blind me with technical jargon but was really clear and incredibly helpful. When I collected the guitar, Andy ensured that it was all tuned up and ready to play. I would not hesitate at using Hillsound again and would certainly recommend it to anyone . First class service from knowledgeable staff.

Increadibly nice and helpful! They actually let you try out the instruments and gives you helpful advice. The staff are incredibly cheerful and makes it impossible to not leave the store more cheerful too
