Always responding promptly to our numerous questions, making countless changes to the designs while we came to a final decision and dropping off samples to our home, Nothing was ever too much trouble throughout the process. Recently renovated our kitchen with these guys. The entire project was like all incluside vacation, from personalised desing to the the execution of the project. Reality looks as good as the visual during the design stage. Highly recommended. Imad and his team at Sticks & Stones fully remodelled two bathrooms (sequentially) at my house earlier this year and we are truly delighted with the results. A key feature of the company's approach is excellence of customer service (as well as execution) throughout the various phases. This begins with design, in-person at the S&S store, where as much time as is needed is allocated to the process, and it was clear from the beginning that the priority was to get it right for the customer while still providing the benefit of their many years of experience. For a number of pieces/features this involved Imad going away to hunt down items that fit our particular requirements. The execution of the build continues in this vein, with a highly personalised feel that gives the sense of active project management and (where possible) permits of some flexibility as the bathrooms take shape. Thus Imad himself would regularly visit during the renovation and clearly had a close relationship with his builders (esp Lucasz), and both he and Lucasz were available noon and night on the phone/text to field questions. Lucasz in particular, who did the lion's share of the installation, was an absolute star who became much loved by my 7 year-old daughter and a permanent fixture at the house (even feeding our cat when we were away!). It's hard to overstate the heart, diligence, attention to detail and stamina of the man, and we couldn't have asked for more from somebody present for such long hours in our home. Most importantly, the final results are precisely what we asked for, and clearly represent the highest quality of craftsmanship. Highly, highly recommended. Service: Remodeling

We were thrilled with both our bathroom and our en-suite installations. From the outset and throughout, Imad and his team were thoroughly professional. We were kept abreast of the job and Imad made several site visits to keep track of progress. Lukasz was hardworking and considerate and his work is finished to a very high standard.
