I cannot express how efficient Richard and his team were when selling our property, over the three months of conveyancing they were challenged to the limit with the below chain, even on the day of completion was a complete nightmare but the entire team went above and beyond to make sure we completed on the day we were suppose too, finally giving the go ahead for us to leave at 6pm at night when they should have all been at home with their families.
