        I have given my Canada goose for a clean and my babies Moncler jacket . Jackets nearly worth 2k and this is a nightmare ! I got my mum to pick up my jackets and just looked at them ! They have stains on them and look worse than they did before ! Waste of 60 and now both damaged jackets !!!!! Dont trust this place dont care what other reviews are saying ! Service: Laundry pick-up

        We Accepted all warnings prior to giving the clothes for dry cleaning, that sweat stains might not go, or that stitching may get damaged etc. But one thing I did not expect was to get clothes back with NEW stains on them. On two separate pieces of clothing I found black stains after the dry cleaning service. Delicate, expensive pieces of clothing ruined. Are Moonrock going to take responsibility and own up to this? Service: Organic dry cleaning

        Excellent service from the nice lady in here. She really is fantastic at informing you of all the appropriate strategies that can be used in cleaning your clothes in a professional and friendly manner. I saw her engage with 2 other customers in the shop and she expertly guided them through the processes and the benefits and limitations of each one so I guess I'm writing this for them too
