I was happy with the alterations however my outfit had a stain on the leg. The manager insisted that I had made the stain but I knew that I hadnt as I had checked the garment before I took it to be altered. I think good practice would have been to call me as soon as he noticed the mark. Then we would have avoided the altercation. After all this, the stain was removed very easily at home. It would have been nice if this gentlemen had made an effort to remove it as it was easily done. Very disappointed as I have always been satisfied in the past. Service: Alterations

I regularly use Crisp N Clean. It's a fantastic dry cleaner and laundrette. The owner, Raj, is a thorough professional and his attention to detail leaving no stone unturned and no option left unexplored is next to none. If there is any kind of stain on the clothes he will make it a point to highlight this upfront and whether it's worth dry cleaning. Such honesty is exemplary. Clothes are always ready on time ( in fact before time ) and Raj makes it a point to send me a text advising collection. Raj is always helpful, cheerful and willing to go the extra mile and gives his best to find a solution to any kind of special request for collection of the clothes.
