I had a great experience of dental treatment here. I hadnt been to a dentist for a number of years and needed a series of fillings. I was quickly put at ease and found all staff incredibly friendly. I will certainly be a returning patient.

I have been a patient at Bushy Park Dental for Invisalign braces. I found the whole experience very pleasant. It was really easy to get an initial appointment for a consultation, I found that the information shared was very helpful and they were transparent with costs from the start. The opening hours also gave the me the flexibility to attend appointments easily around working hours, which can sometimes be tricky. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. In particular, the dentist would often get back to me even if I called out of hours, and more recently was incredibly flexible with me regarding my treatment when I found myself needing to go abroad at short notice. Whilst my teeth arent quite finished yet, Im very pleased with how they are looking and would recommend the practice to others.

My partner went for an emergency appointment as he was experiencing quite a lot of pain, the dentist said he needed an emergency filling, after 3 days of constant pain he went back to see the same dentist who then explained that his pain is from a man infected wisdom tooth right next to the tooth that was given a temporary filling so she must of seen it yet chose to not make him aware of it. Her explanation was that she didnt want to alarm him? Its like going to A&E with a cut lip and a fractured skull but only picking up on the lip? The dentist complained that my partners mouth was filling with quite a lot of saliva whilst examining him but he was left for an unnecessary amount of time whilst the assistant wasnt sure of what she was doing, it came across quite unprofessional especially as her only concerning was what he was going to pay which is fine but maybe sort the pain out? they close in the middle of the day with no sign on the door which isnt very helpful
