Disappointing to say the least, dropped a suite off for a clean and when we went to collect on the day agreed it wasn't ready, apparently some stain that didn't come out? 3 further visits each with different excuses and eventually managed to pick the suite up over a week after it was dropped off and the night before it was needed. I defiantly won't be going back here a complete shambles and waste of time. The only positive was that the suite was eventually cleaned.....

The worst experience at a dry cleaners. I got my wife's dress dry cleaned. She went to pick it up 2 days later and was told to come back later. I when back later and the dress that used to be white is now red. The man tried to explain that it was the manufactures fault which doesn't even makes sense. He did not compensate for the ruined dress and told me to go to my solicitors.

Friendly staff. But thats about it. The quality of the work was mediocre! And when I went to pick the item up on the elected day they werent done. Not even started. Told me to come back the next day. Did the same the next day. When I finally got the item home I noticed they had missed a bit so I took them back for it all to happen again. . The short of it is - Dont expect your item to be delivered on time or finished. I was hoping it was a one off but as it happened To me three timeS I wont be using there services again.
