        Responsive at the beginning. Informed me he had the part for my oven. After that trying to get a date was near impossible and then went off the radar in terms of communication so the job was never completed . He either did not want to do the job or was too busy or had 'parking issues' which appears to be the get out of jail free card. Disappointed and a lot of time wasted.

        Shane came out and repaired our washing machine quickly which was great however when I pointed out hed been paid twice in error he point blank refused to refund us and refused to answer our calls and text/WhatsApp messages. Not professional at all. Shame really as we thought we mightve used him again in the he future. Not anymore, very disappointed.
