        Rude Staff The elderly man on the counter literally shouts at customers with no empathy how to deal with those waiting for prescriptions. No compassion that some are elderly patients and need extra time to hear or understand. Poor service for a pharmacy, wouldnt recommend to anybody to visit this pharmacy. Other local pharmacies such as Britannia much more efficient and attentive. Rebrand your business to a fish market, suit you better.

        Open until midnight 365 days a year. Excellent service. Very efficient and knowledgeable staff and helpful pharmacist. Would recommend!

        Brilliant service!! Got a poorly toddler at home and the prescription that 101 sent went missing. I called the Fairlop Pharmacy and quoted a number for a digital prescription and it was ready by the time I got there. Thank you so much
