Deluxe Nails Spa

I walked in. Nails were on the floor. Pieces of gauze on the floor. The counter had an old Costa coffee cup just sitting there. The nail counter was heaped with stuff and the lady said she could see me. Her cleaning consisted of dusting the counter. The instruments weren't clean (I'm a podiatrist who works with feet, these instruments are the same as ours and we're not clean). The lady was covered in nail dust. I actually walked out as I couldn't believe how messy and unclean it was.

I asked to repair one nail, the employee said no problem. After half hour a woman walks in, moaning and complaining, i tell her what i want but shes too busy and attempts to remove all my nails. I stop her and say No, please listen, repair only. She stands up and shoos me to get out saying no i dont do, you go somewhere else. I tell them they wasted my time ans should have told me that dont know how to do gel overlay. I go across the road to Vietnamese Nail Spa and the gentleman is very nice, very respectful, does my repair.. except that same worker comes in turns out SHES THE OWNER! OF BOTH PLACES!!! I find it funny that i was going to call the manager and complain., life is funny. This woman is not however. Never going there again.

It was an okay gel pedicure. I was expecting a scrub and the whole thing but didnt get that. They also use razor which I dont really like
