        I was impressed with the Andy, the branch manager drive, knowledge of the market and managing expectations of both parties to the sale transaction. Despite a prolonged sale transaction, Andy was able to see the deal cross the line with mutual satisfaction. He was professional and offered advice where he considered appropriate to do so. He left an overwhelming experience of how professionally and seamless a sale transaction can be. I recommend Douglass and Allen to be a first choice agent to go too.
