These builders did a loft conversion for me in 2016. The loft was finished and on the surface looked fine. A photograph is on their website. However, last August, I started experiencing water leaking in the front bedroom over which the slope of the loft room sits. For the past 5 or so years, water has saturated and now seeped into the brick work and has now caused a terrible leak in the front bedroom. I contacted these builders last August to come and rectify the problem as they had failed to make allowances for guttering to catch and rain water. A huge design flaw on their part. I chased continually for months since then and still chasing. They came and put tarpaulin sheet as a temporary solution and said they will be back in a few days. We have had a deluge of rain the past month. I am still waiting for these jokers to come and fix the problem and all Ive had from them is empty promises. All that glitters isnt gold. For those who have had conversions, keep an eye out for defects that may pop up a few years later. I have added a photo of the water coming through the front bedroom which doesnt do it justice compared to the video I have of it and a photo of the said roofing flaw. So very very angry at present.
