Buy Labels For Less

Felt discriminated against for going in with my buggy on Sunday 4th of June . It was almost 3.30pm. As i walked in and turned to the right to look at some shoes , i heard a member of stay say she better not bring that buggy up here. I then asked to the member of staff standing closer to me , what was that about the buggy? To which she replied oh she's mopping the floor that's why. I then asked are you closing now and she replied at 4. I walked out of the shop upset. I then decided to go back and ask for the manager to which the member of staff stated its me. I advised that i was upset with her colleagues attitude and i think it was wrong of her to say that in the manner she did , to which replied that's not what she said! She said i hope she doesn't come in here with her buggy!!! I said i want to speak to another manager as i didn't appreciate her telling me a different version to what i heard crystal clear. She refused to give me the details and said you have to write to this store. Absolutely disgusted.

Staff are absolutely disgusting.Weds 15th December. Both staff made a spiteful comment about something I was wearing, not realising I could hear everything! Really bad for business. Vile that 2 grown women are acting like this in their workplace. Should be ashamed of themselves. Judging by a previous review, The Manager could do with a course in Customer Service and kindness! R

Really lovely ladies working here. Always happy to help and have a chat with. I have been coming here for years. Only problem for me is that it is right next to the bus stop so if I have to wait a long time Im always so tempted to go in and usually do coming out with bags of clothes. They do not always greet you when you come in and a lot of the time you have to ask for assistance however do not be put off by this as once you do ask they are nice.
