Been buying ice creams From them for so many years Until they moved to Barkingside I called them to let them know Im cmg to buy some and if its ok. But wen I went there they didnt let me buy any. The whole point of me calling em so I dont have to travel so far.

Horrible customer service, they do not sell lollies to restraunt or takeaways they will charge you normal price, a box of lollies they used to sell to me for 6 now they say 30 ridiculous

Poor customer service, they need to work on their customer service skills, they act As if they're doing us a favour. We are your customers, without us your nothing. Will notcbe using again

Absolutely horrible customer service. Called bedore collection, they said it was ok for me to come and colelct ice cream, on arrival ghey couldnt find my account and said i was not a bussiness customer and was a walk in customer and wanted to charge me full retail price, i had been a customer with them for many years. These lot have ruined the business. The business was doing well in Grange wood street, absolutely ridiculous!!

This place used to be great but the new guys, I'm guessing the owners son has ruined it completely, their is no love for his customers, he seems like a biggot, absolutely horrible service they offer now poor
