Headstrong Unisex Hairdressers

Unprofessional, rude customer service, uncomfortable. Went here with mom and sister to get haircut for brother and he did not listen to what we asked for, he did not even fade the poor boys hair and kept it thick at the top, absolutely horrible, i was told that the owner can be quite rude to those who are well (non-white).

Totally unethical and unacceptable. I sent my 12 year old boy to the barbers, he happened to go into this shop and ended up getting his haircut. The barber totally messed up his hair by crating patches at the back of his head. Me and my wife went back the next day to find out why he charged him 10 and done a terrible job. He blamed my sons head and said that is how his hair grows?? no apology? Then we said it needs to be fixed.. he said come back after 1 and half hours... we were horrified at the response and could not hang around for that long so we went to Ali Barbers who managed to fix his hair up (forced to trim the hair to size zero, thanks to this shop). I understand it is a salon and it is for females... however, the barber should should have done the decent thing and tell the customer if he cannot cut the hair (especially vulnerable young children). Not go ahead and start cutting, mess up and then blame the hair and charge 10. SHAMEFUL.... please fix up... You would not accept this if it was your child! Let this review not affect your decision on visiting this place... everyone has their own experience... this was mine!
