Our first meeting was with Blanche from the Barkingside office who instantly made us all feel comfortable and at ease through what was a difficult time. Blanche constantly kept me up to date with the arrangements concerning my Dad and went above and beyond to make sure the day went as smoothly as possible, Blanche was so understanding at all times and not once did my sister and I feel like we were taking up too much of her time. A pleasure to deal with during sad times. Would highly recommend. Elaine & Carol

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I was treated with care and compassion and was kept informed every step of the way. Made it very easy for me in this difficult time. 100% recommend

My father had pre paid for funeral plans with Gildersons for himself and Mum. They both passed this year and on each occasion one phone call set everything in motion. The setting up of the service, all arrangements and the funeral itself were all conducted faultlessly. We were treated with respect and politeness at all times during the process, which as anyone can understand is really important during difficult times.

I can't praise all involved from start to finish highly enough. At such a sensitive time, everyone we dealt with was as calm, kind and friendly as one would hope for and extremely professional. A special mention for Jasmine who was just so lovely to deal with, especially during the first few days of our loss while we have to deal with the practicalities of losing a beloved family member. Jasmine, I hope you appreciate just how much you helped us and you should feel proud of yourself for the way you conduct yourself and represent your company. The same for Amy and her team who led everything so sensitively on the day. Thank you to all involved.
