If you are planning to give your bridal dress or groom suit to this dry cleaners THINK AGAIN! I paid 33 and they ruined my 1700 bridal dress!! They lost buttons on the dress the breast cups was completely ruined! Im so angry with this words are not enough to explain how upset this has made me. We gave my partners groom suit the tried to take the suit cover which was a quality thick cover they said we didn't bring the suit with a cover they then accepted that they had it and it was at there other shop , the old guy went and picked it up and brought it back AND OMG !!! It was all crunched up and looked dirty! The cover was ruined by them , i mean why did you crunch it up ? Why do you hold onto peoples stuff and not give it back? I cant explain the bad experience i have had this is unacceptable. After all , they didn't want to look for the suit cover they were just standing there until i told them I'm not leaving until its given back. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Your dry cleaning stuff gets ruined don't bother. Who will pay for the damage on my dress now??? Im so disappointed this has now cost me far more then expected as i had to take it to another dry cleaners to re clean iron and sort out the damage on this dress. The dress looked like its been on high spin but still dirty on the ends of the dress. It was still damp when i checked it once i got home. I should of checked it whilst picking up its my fault for trusting these people! No matter whats done now this has now caused distress and more expense for me. If you don't want to waste money go elsewhere. UNBELIEVABLE.
