Incompetent! Gave them jeans to shorten and they took too much off and I'm now left with a new pair of jeans that I can't wear unless I shorten legs by 2 inches. I can only add after a week of constantly calling them they have returned my brand new jeans which they have shortened even more. To add insult to injury they offered me 2 discount the next time I use their tailoring service. The most dishonest and disrespectful service I have received in a long time. Please take your business elsewhere. Service: Alterations
